I enjoyed a friendly welcome upon arrival, but the room was not up to par. The menu offered limited choices, but the prawn cocktail was fresh. I recommend checking room conditions beforehand. Have dinner early as menu options may vary depending on the day.

Consider requesting a room with a working shower and proper heating if you're visiting during colder months.

Charming Gardens with Relaxing Atmosphere

The hotel boasts lovely gardens and a cozy bar area with inviting wood paneling, providing a tranquil escape from city life. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room and the jacuzzi bath which added a touch of luxury to my stay. some areas of the hotel appear a bit worn and would benefit from updates.

Great for a casual getaway

They cooked it to order, and I had pancakes that were heavenly. Plus, the grounds were lovely, just perfect for a little stroll.

It wasn't cheap, but with those pancakes, I think it was acceptable.

the reception was super nice and let me check-in early, which was a big plus. the room was quite spacious for a 3-star place, comfy bed and hot breakfast. the hotel grounds are cool and the bar area has a nice vibe. hospitality was on point, staff were really friendly and helpful.

the room could use a little updates, especially in the bathroom, and it was a bit noisy at times from the corridor.

The Barn Hotel London Ruislip features beautifully maintained gardens, making it a lovely retreat. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring ease of access to all areas, which I found delightful as a senior traveler.

Better bathroom heating would enhance comfort for seniors.

would have stayed for longer

Room was spacious and clean, with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom. Loved the carpeted floors and good heating. The gardens were lovely and added a nice touch. Spa facilities were great for relaxation after a long day, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection, including freshly baked items.

The gardens were beautifully maintained, providing a lovely retreat that was easy to navigate, even with my walking frame. The charming décor left a lasting impression, making our stay so much more enjoyable and welcoming.

Better heating in the bathroom, please.

A fitting option for strolling in Ruislip with great value-to-price ratio. Had a lovely Sunday lunch with large portions. Be careful when entering the drive as it's on a roundabout.

i previously stayed in ruislip years ago, and this time exceeded my expectations. the hotel had a lovely atmosphere with well-maintained gardens and great service. overall, it was a fantastic experience for my longer stay.

Good base for Wembley and London

Stayed for a couple of nights. The location is fab for exploring. My room was clean but kinda old school – needs some love. The staff were super nice, but the creaky floors and chilly windows weren’t great, especially at night. On the plus side, the restaurant area is pretty cool.

The Standard Double Room was spacious and provided a decent amount of comfort for our family. The hotel itself had a nice aesthetic that we appreciated during our stay.
